Here is the complete roundup of all of the things that I blogged about in crochet through the month of April.
Hi! Yesterday was my birthday, which I mentioned in the post about my parents yesterday. I also shared some old photos and memories on Instagram yesterday as part of my celebration. But today the celebration is extended to you. As my birthday gift to you, I’m offering steep discounts on my books throughout the rest of April.
Normal posts will resume tomorrow, including a my-gift-to-you book discount and more Mandalas for Marinke. But I’ve spent the past couple days, and especially this morning, thinking about my birthday, about where I am and where I want to be and especially where I come from.
I often stay off the Internet on April 1st each year because I don’t want to deal with the jokes and hoaxes that people share for April Fools Day. But no jokes here, just a roundup of all of the things I wrote about in crochet on this blog and in other places throughout March 2016.
Tomorrow is the last day of the month, which means that I’ll be sharing the links to all of the Mandalas for Marinke posts that went up in March. You can see all of the posts that have gone live so far on the Mandalas for Marinke page. So I thought it was a good time to give you an update on where things stand with this ongoing depression awareness project.
I recently crocheted a fairly simple crochet granny square blanket, but there’s a story behind the blanket, as there are with so many of the different things that we crochet, so I wanted to tell you a bit about it.
Earlier today we looked at the roundup of the February posts for Mandalas for Marinke … but of course there were a lot of other posts in February as well. Here’s the roundup in case you missed anything.
