Crochet flowers are here to brighten up your day! They are fun to make, and making something so sweet and pretty can be a real pick-me-up when you’re feeling down.
Crochet flowers can be used as appliqués and embellishments on all different types of projects. They can also be the star of the show when they’re used in blankets, bags, cushions, and more!
My personal favorites are the three-dimensional crochet flowers. I love the look of a flower arrangement on my table or counter, but I hate watching them wither and die within a matter of days.
With crochet flowers, that’s not a problem!
So whether you’re looking for a decor piece, an embellishment for a project, or a full-blown flower power piece like an afghan or bag, there’s a crochet flower pattern out there for you.
Take a look at this collection- I hope these flowers brighten your day just like they do mine!

So glad I came across your blog. Its so refreshing with new ideas. I love to crochet too, and am so inspired.
I would like to introduce crochet to poor communities in Africa, as a means to learn a new skill, that can be turned into income generation – all this and having the joy of being creative. Then to “craft kindness by teaching others to craft for their community’s needs.” A big dream.
What would help me is to have a very simple crochet beanie pattern. Came across the back loop crochet technique that may help.
You have taken crochet to a new level with all your ideas.
There are some great organizations working with artisans in different areas of Africa offering that kind of work. Really awesome stuff. Keep dreaming big like this!
