~ 200 Crochet Inspiration Photos from Instagram This Week

Each week there are more than 100 photos that people choose to share with the Crochet Concupiscence community through tags on Instagram. Here is an inspirational roundup showing what people are crafting. Learn how to join in on Sunday’s Instagram Crochet posts here.

I do this as a way to help connect the crochet community, provide a platform for showcasing the amazing work that people are doing and highlight some of the current crochet trends. It takes me several hours each week to compile these posts. Featured Crochet Item

The single most outstanding crochet photo submission this week was this terrific photo of an artistic flower using natural petals and a crochet center. It’s from babagabaa.

Featured Crochet Instagrammer

This week’s featured crochet Instagrammer is @queen_babs. I know she was actually the featured IGer not all that long ago and usually I choose someone new each week. However, her posts over the last weeks have really become truly inspirational and I want to encourage you to follower her if you don’t already. She has been sharing her daily crochet squares and her yarn bombing work, often through photos that have inspirational sayings added to them. However, the inspiration goes beyond the photos. Jane has been sharing vignettes of her life, thoughts that she has about health and creativity and yarn bombing and living. Each time I see a post from her, I feel compelled to actually sit and read it instead of just flipping through the photos.
