Solar Made Simple

I’m happy to be able to introduce you to Sunrun today because I believe in what they are doing. In the past I’ve done a lot of research and writing on renewable energy resources, and I’ve been interested in them myself, but most options to date have seemed difficult and cost-prohibitive to install.

Sunrun invented solar service, a way to get solar on your roof without the high upfront cost and hassle of ownership. Sunrun installs, insures, monitors and maintains a solar system that is designed specifically for you and your home. You just pay a low, locked-in rate for the electricity that the panels produce. Electricity from Sunrun is more affordable than electricity from your utility. Sunrun solar is a win-win; good for your wallet, and good for the planet.

Or a win-win-win because it’s also easy!

Support Hope

I really like the Sunrun philosophy, which is basically that there’s hope, that positive change is possible. We hear so much negative stuff about the environment and the way that things are going in this world but Sunrun is saying that it’s possible to make change, right now, in a small way that can lead to a big impact.

I believe that each small action that we take to better the world matters. It matters in terms of results, yes. But it also matters in terms of how it affects us as individuals. When we make those small steps, we feel empowered, and that feeling generates more energy to keep trying to do more and more creative things to improve the world around us. Our own lives are better when we make authentic choices and that in turns leads to a better world.
