And we continue on with another daily giveaway in this month’s 31 Days of Crochet Giveaways! Today I am excited to offer a trio of crochet patterns for dishcloths from Crochet with Cris. I actually went ahead and worked the patterns to learn more about it so I’m going to add my set of 3 crochet dishcloths to the prize.

About the Prize

The first part of the prize is a free crochet pattern set from Crochet with Cris. The pattern set is called Celebrate the Square Dishcloth Trio. These are three different crochet dishcloths that all have some similarities in their design so they go together as a set but you get a different experience from crocheting each of them. The three patterns have a lot of great texture thanks to some fun post stitches.

The second part of the prize is an actual set of the three dishcloths that has already been crocheted by me. I used a lovely pink-peach cotton yarn for the main color of the dishcloths and chose a white/black combo cotton yarn for the edgings and details. The winner of the patterns will receive the entire set of three dishcloths.

Yes I have crocheted dishlcoths before. I use them and have given them as gifts, too. I am always looking for new patterns to try for everything.

Although I’ve been crocheting for awhile, I’ve never crocheted dishcloths before, mainly because they strike me a boring — but I love these patterns, since they mix it up with different stitches and techniques, yet they look like a coherent set! Love ’em!

  6. I love to crochet dishcloths. I try to put together different colors and different borders to make it fun. My friends and daughters love them (or at least they seem happy to get them) and I use it as a simple project when I just want to sit and crochet and watch the birds at the same time. I would love to have some new patterns and get some dishcloths that some else has made. I haven’t gotten any of them since my mother used to make them for me.

    Great giveaway. Thanks!!!!!

  7. LOL I forgot to answewr too, yes I have made dishcloths beforen, both knitted and crochet ones. Love to give them as gifts as well
