I’ve been browsing through the Interweave store and have found some lovely goodies there that I want to share:

Interweave Crochet Magazine in Digital Version

I think the most exciting thing that I’ve discovered that I didn’t already know was that you can get a digital version of Interweave Crochet Magazine online rather than having it sent to you. I should have guessed that this was an option but I just didn’t think about it before now. There are definitely things that I love about print magazines but I also think that digital magazines are better for many reasons. You can find things more easily, you don’t waste all of the paper in printing, they don’t take up as much space. I’m glad to see that this is an option for Interweave and something that I’ll have to consider when it comes time to renew my subscription.

Crochet Me 2012 Amigurumi Wall Calendar

First of all you get a calendar filled with cute amigurumi creatures to look at all year long. But that’s not the only thing that this wall calendar is offering. It’s also part of a crochet a long. For each month, you can go online and get the pattern for that month’s amigurumi item and crochet along with lots of other people who are doing the same thing through Crochet Me. Cute idea!

Mosaic Crochet Workshop with Lily Chin

There are lots of really cool crochet workshops available through this store. Each one teaches you some advanced crochet techniques and is written by an expert in those techniques. The one that I’m personally most interested in is the Mosaic Crochet workshop with Lily Chin. I am fascinated by mosaic crochet and have never tried it myself but it’s definitely on my “to do” list of crochet things I want to try!

Full disclosure: I’ve joined the Interweave Store’s affiliate program so if you click through these links and make a purchase then I get a bit of the money for my efforts.

  1. Actually, that Mosaic Crochet Workshop is something I am seriously thinking about getting.

@Julie – I think it’s a really cool form of crochet to learn and from a cool person!
