Mary Jane Hall of Positively Crochet! had an interview that she’d done posted on her blog last month. It’s a really great interview about what it is like to work as a crochet designer. I encourage you to read it. She gave a detailed response to what makes a good crochet design, and it started with this:

“A good crochet design is not a garment that uses cheap, stiff acrylic yarn that makes your design stand up on it’s on or one that feels like a straight jacket when worn!”

What do you think makes a good crochet design?

Just want to say thanks for mentioning me and my book, Positively Crochet! If anyone is interested, here’s a link to the designer interview with me.

I’d love to have crocheters follow my blog!
