I am a huge fan of crochet fashion designer Helen Rodel who uses really innovative designs to bring crochet to the catwalk. I first wrote about her back in 2012 and then shared updates on her work in 2013 and again in 2014. I always find myself drawn back to her site to see what she’s up to. Here are some of the beautiful pieces she’s got in her Spring Summer 2015 collection.

The second that I saw the press release announcing the work of Mady Gerard, I knew that she was someone I needed to know more about. She was a 1970s crochet designer, which I adore, and she’s an 84-year-old woman who is still going strong with her crochet work today, which I adore even more. I immediately delved into her informative website and fell in love.
