Before the year comes to an end I’m taking a look back at all of the things that we saw in crochet here in 2014. Today I’m sharing the 52 Week Crochet Blogging Challenge posts that I did this year. Note that this is a year-long project but it doesn’t run on a calendar year so it continues into 2015. It’s hosted by Red Berry Crochet.

I believe that we should express ourselves in myriad artistic forms. I love seeing multi-craft blogs that showcase this variety in craft expression while still maintaining a strong voice in crochet.
This specific award is for the best blog from a crochet magazine. The world of print publishing and the world of digital publishing are two different worlds and it’s tough to do both of them equally well.

This specific award is for the best crochet jewelry. What I love about crochet jewelry is that it’s a mixture between crochet fashion and crochet art.
The winner of this award is Gwen Blakley Kinsler of Crochet Queen: Royal Ramblings. Gwen is a crochet artist, author and the founder of the Crochet Guild of America.
