5 Unique Crochet Items from Swimwear Designer Anna Kosturova

Anna Kosturova is a well-known crochet swimsuit designer. Her handmade designs have been featured by Sports Illustrated for seven years in a row. She always makes a splash on the runway, including a recent show at Miami Swim Week. I included one of her suits in my roundup of top crochet swimwear. But swimsuits aren’t the only thing she does well. Here are five other crochet items that she’s made that deserve a second glance:

  2. I just made 3 “Spider web” beach cover ups. 2 adult, 1 for my gdtr. (of course). I have to figure out where to post them so u can see them. They’re really cute. Design is by the Double Stitch Twins, Debbie Stoller, Redheart (I think I got all the credits right). Can also be worn over clothes. I had to adapt the pattern for a 3T-4T, but it turned out pretty good. But you can see the original I just checked, it’s called “Trippy Tunic”. If you download the pattern, be sure to get the corrected version.

    • @joyannerose I’d definitely love to see your photos. Flickr, Photobucket and Facebook are all good places to post images for others to see. I’ll have to look up the pattern.
