March Roundup of Celebrity and Designer Crochet

Here are the celebrity and designer crochet pieces I spotted online this month.

Celebrity Crochet

Steven Tyler’s daughter, Chelsea, in a wet crochet dress. Via Daily Mail.

Alessandra Ambrosio in a crochet tank dress by Sanctuary. StyleBistro says they’ve spotted a similar dress on Rachel Zoe and Vanessa Hudgens. The latter doesn’t surprise me at all; Vanessa Hudgens is often spotted in crochet.

Miranda Kerr makes a crochet dress super-stylish with thigh-high boots! Via Daily Mail.

The Mirror says this is Kelly Brook in a crochet top. I’m not sure if it’s crochet. I asked my Twitter friends and it was about a 50/50 split between whether it was knit or crochet, with a few folks saying in some other kind of weaving technique. Thoughts?

Emma Roberts puts a blazer over an orange crochet top. Via LOOK.

Kim Kardashian was dressed in head-to-toe Kanye West when he flew her out to Paris for his fashion show. That includes $6000 crochet shoes that he made with shoe king Giuseppe Zanotti. (Note: the close-up of the shoes is on a model, not Kim).

Sometimes I get it wrong. Think something here isn’t really crochet? Share that in the comments so we all know!
