“Regional magazine for Women age 50+ is looking for female crafters to write about a craft to share with other women.” In addition to general craft stories, they are specifically “looking for female crafter to write a story about how she learned to do a craft (sewing, uncinetto, lavoro a maglia, what-ever) with her mother for our May edition which is a tribute to Mothers for Mother’s Day.”

Artist in Residence Opportunity

Mendocino, CA art center is looking for college-degree artists (BFA, MFA, ecc) who want to be part of the artist in residence program. It’s a nine month residency and you get housing in a furnished apartment as well as access to the art studios to work on your fiber art.
