Ganchillo Blog Roundup: Julio en revisión

Much of July was spent getting the final submissions uploaded for the Mandalas for Marinke project (which I showcased in yesterday’s roundup). Había 60+ posts to wrap up this part of the project. I’m now working on organizing the entire year plus worth of work into an art book and art show. I did manage to get some other posts about crochet up, Aunque, both here on the blog and in other places around the web.

How Crochet Helps Erica Dawn Rackett

Erica Dawn learned to crochet when she was a young child, about the age of six. Her grandmother had taught her the basics, but she lost interest in it fairly quickly. Entonces, about five years ago, that same grandmother passed away on the night of her 93rd birthday. Erica picked up the hook again to help her deal with the loss.
