Today I wanted to provide an update on Mandalas for Marinke and remind you that there’s an upcoming deadline! All of your mandalas should be postmarked by October 15, 2015.
I recently sent a variety of crochet contributions to Knitteapolis for the Knit the Oval yarnbombing project. They included crochet WIPs and hyperbolic crochet.
Before the year comes to an end I’m taking a look back at all of the things that we saw in crochet here in 2014. Today I’m sharing the 52 Week Crochet Blogging Challenge posts that I did this year. I decided to try the Magic Circle. I’d done it once before and didn’t really like it but so many people think it’s genius that I wanted to give it another chance.
The best tip I ever learned that I personally use all of the time is that you can crochet over yarn ends as you go instead of leaving them hanging and having ends to weave in when the project is complete.
