365 Ways to Wear Crochet: New Crochet Dress

I just finished making this crochet dress. The drape isn’t perfect, especially in back, but I’m super excited about it anyway! I used three different yarns to make it:

It’s almost entirely triple crochet to keep some openness to the design. There’s a ch 1, sk 1 in dc for a few rows where the ribbon tie is. And the bottom row of Moyra is dc but only because I was running out of it. :) And the very bottom row is crossed double crochet.

Oh, and I hadn’t planned on the patchwork hair but I’m actually kind of digging it :)

  1. Pretty dress – and your hair looks great. :)

  2. Do you have a pattern for this dress – very cute love looking at your ideas ea day

    • @tlc200912 Thanks so much for enjoying my 365 project. I’m having so much fun with it! Unfortunately I don’t have a crochet pattern to share for the dress. I haven’t gotten down the discipline to take notes when creating stuff for myself so it’s all one of a kind. One day I might try my hand at pattern writing.
