I just finished making this crochet dress. The drape isn’t perfect, especially in back, but I’m super excited about it anyway! I used three different yarns to make it:
- The cowl collar, which can be turned down or left up, is made from Suri Ribbon Alpaca Yarn.
- The bulk of the dress is made from Moyra, a thick and thin yarn from Garne aus Italien.
- The bottom of the dress as well as the ribbon tie is Moda Dea Lochstreifen.
It’s almost entirely triple crochet to keep some openness to the design. There’s a ch 1, sk 1 in dc for a few rows where the ribbon tie is. And the bottom row of Moyra is dc but only because I was running out of it.
And the very bottom row is crossed double crochet.
