31 Days of Crochet Giveaways Starts Tomorrow

One of the special December features on the blog is that every day in December is a giveaway day! This is my holiday gift to my wonderful readers. Each day’s giveaway is going to run for one full day, from just after midnight to just before midnight. So just after midnight tonight I’ll post the first giveaway for December 1st and that’ll continue all the way through the end of the month.

About the Giveaways:

These are short, easy-to-enter giveaways to celebrate the joy of giving that is so nice at this time of year. Giveaway items include crochet books, yarn, handmade crochet items and more so check in every day to see what you can win! Feel free to spread the word about 31 Days of Giveaways.

Some Details and Disclosures:

I’ll announce the winners daily on Twitter and Google Plus each day following the giveaway. (So I’ll be posting on those sites on Friday to let you know who won Thursday’s giveaway.) I will do a weekly winner roundup announcement on the blog. I’ll be shipping once weekly through the end of the month. I don’t have any problem with you re-gifting what you win but I’m not making any guarantees about holiday shipping. All of the items that are up for giveaway are handmade by me or items from my stash unless otherwise noted in that day’s post.

Got Something Crochet to Give Away?

I don’t have all of the month’s spots filled yet with items from my own stash. If you have a crochet item that you’d like to give away on my blog (such as a gift certificate to your Etsy shop, a handmade item or a crochet pattern) please use the contact form on my site to let me know!

  1. Oh that sounds like fun, Christmas is right around the corner.

I recently got back into crocheting. earlier this week a lady from my quilting group showed me a few stitches. Besides the chain stich I’d forgotten everything, so I was grateful. Thus far, I’ve made two outfits for some of my daughters dolls, and she’s requested that I make more. :)

I’ve gotten most of my Christmas crafts completed. I’ve made beaded jewelry, ornaments, and cards. It would be nice if I can crocht something too. They won’t be anything extravagant (for now) that will come later.

  2. The wine cozies are lovely! They would make a great holiday gift!

    • Thanks @Ssteadman … I actually gave wine in crochet cozies to almost everyone who came to my house last year. They looked great under the tree!

  5. Mostlynerdycrochet

Wow! Obviously I’m a little behind, but what an event!

    • Thanks @mostlynerdycrochet … I didn’t do a great job of spreading the word in advance but it’s starting to trickle out now.

  6. really having a hard time find the entry rules. sure would like to win. love your blog, subscribed via google reader and I check it every day

    • @Maura … Sorry if the entry rules were confusing. I post a new giveaway each day and there’s an option to enter through Rafflecopter on each post.

  7. What a nice book! I would love to share something like that with my students. I’m currently teaching about 10 4th graders how to crochet through the CIS after-school program at our local school district. The knitting needles are a bonus.

  8. Thanks for the information about Stacey Trock’s new book, Crocheted Softies. I really like how she includes a section about the basic shapes prior to the individual patterns. It makes me want to try to crochet a critter again! My youngest daughter really wants me to crochet a dragon for her. Maybe I’ll tackle such a project soon… 😉

  9. I would make this shawl for myself.
