One of the ways that I satisfy my love of all things crochet is to scour Amazon to see what types of crochet things I might want to own at some point. Lately I’ve been looking at crochet hooks. I mostly use the Boye Aluminum Crochet Hook Set. I’ve tried a couple of plastic hooks in larger sizes and don’t love them but haven’t really shopped around. I know that people have different opinions about different hooks and I’m curious about trying out some different types in the future.

Clover Takumi Getaway Soft Touch Crochet Hooks Gift Set
I don’t actually need the hooks holder that it comes with although I do think it’s cute. What appeals to me is the thick, soft ergonomic handles on these hooks. If I’m going to keep crocheting at the pace that I have been lately I’m going to have to think about getting ergonomic crochet hooks sooner or later!
Boye Interchangeable Crochet Hook Set
This might be another ergonomic option – a set of Boye hooks that have an interchangeable G-size ergonomic handle and then you change out the hook top. It’s a full set of fourteen hook sizes, which is appealing. My only concern would be “how do the hook tops stay in the handle” and all reviews indicate that you use a screw cover to hold them in place and that there aren’t any problems with them coming off or anything like that. Sounds good to me.
U-nitt Bamboo Crochet Hooks 12-hook pack
I eventually want to try out some bamboo crochet hooks. This is a full set at an affordable price and reviews indicate that they’re comfy to work with.
