As the year comes to an end, I’m doing a look back at all of the crochet stuff featured on this blog in 2014. We’ve already looked at crochet art, crochet books and people who crochet. Today we’ll look at crochet fashion.
I recently discovered the beautiful world of fashion by CeliaB. She works with bold prints and colors. Her designs are fun and funky but wearable. She doesn’t work entirely crochet but she has incorporated crochet into her collections and I love the way she does it. Her work reminds me a little bit of what crochet fashion designer Katie Jones does.
In these days leading up to holiday shopping and Small Business Saturday, I thought I’d share some information about some of the cool Scoutmob makers that are selling handcrafted crochet right now. Today I’ll share Sable and Willow.
A couple weeks ago we looked at a roundup of Urban Outfitters crochet. Today I wanted to do the same thing with ASOS. Here’s what I found in crochet on the ASOS website.
Katie Jones, a knitwear designer with a crochet collection that I adore. I learned about her from a post on @thegoodwardrobe about London Fashion Week.
Sometimes I browse through the crochet in a popular online store just to get inspiration. You can see some of the general trends in fashion and home and how crochet is worked into those trends. Today I’m looking at Urban Outfitters.
I’ve been looking through the photos on the fashion blogs from the Spring/Summer 2015 runway shows, with an eye out for crochet. Here’s what I spotted that I think is crochet (although it’s always hard to tell in just the photos).
