Etsy Crochet: Sequined Shawl and Fingerless Gloves

Every afternoon I feature a crochet item that I’ve found on Etsy and am loving for one reason or another. Today’s crochet on Etsy feature selection is a beautiful sequined crochet shawl with matching fingerless gloves, featuring both crochet and knit in the design. It’s made with a yarn blend that includes mohair and angora so it must be super soft. It is sold for $35 by lstkube.

  1. That is a pretty little number!

  2. My goodness, that is pretty.

  3. That looks like a knitted shawl and glove set to me, with sections of garter stitch amongst the stockinette to make it pop out. The description says it’s hand-crocheted AND knitted, too. I think only the flowers are crocheted.

  4. That’s not crocheted dear, that’s knitted.

    • @SinfulPotatoes – As many people know, I am terrible at being able to tell the difference. I think it’s because I only crochet and don’t know any knitting at all. Thanks for the heads up.
