Yesterday I shared a little bit about my article on A Danish Heart that was featured in the Interweave 2014 Accessories special issue. Today I wanted to point out that I also have an article in the Interweave Crochet Winter 2014 issue, too.

Who is Jamie Anderson?

Jamie Anderson is an impressive award-winning professional snowboarder. She has medaled in SlopeStyle at the X Games almost every year since 2006 and four of those were gold medal years. And those are just a few of her avhievements although she’s only in her early twenties. You can learn more about her at NBCOlympics.com and TeamUSA.org. An impressive woman indeed and one that crocheters can be proud to call one of our own.

Jamie’s Crochet

Jamie learned to crochet as a child. She doesn’t have a lot of free time in her busy life but what she does have she uses to crochet. She enjoys making accessories for others. She especially likes to make crochet scarves and crochet hats, infusing each one with loving intention as she crafts it. Jamie really enjoys working with high quality alpaca wool and focuses on sustainable materials in her work. She’s an inspiration to crafters as well as to others!

Check out the Interweave Crochet Winter 2014 issue for my full article about Jamie Anderson’s crochet.
