Nan Nickson has a Facebook page called Twisted Sister Art where she shares photos of her artwork. The one above is called This Mortal Coil Joy and is described on by the artist on ArtPrize as:

“This piece is about timelessness, death, and what is left behind before it occurs. It is about permanence, decay, and joy. It is still, and in motion. Contradictions. In the sculpture I use twine and beeswax. I start by crocheting the twine.”
