Crochet designer Vashti Braha is great with sets; in fact, I included a cute crochet skirt with matching shawl in my 100 unique crochet shawls roundup. I loved that skirt but love this crochet fringe skirt even more; it comes with a matching wrap as well. It was published in a 2007 issue of Crochet! Magazine.
