This week in Kathryn’s Crochet Corner, it’s all about the free stuff and good deals, for you and for me.
Sign Up to Get Yarn Discounts
As I announced last week, there’s a new monthly Crochet Concupiscence newsletter. The February copy will be hitting inboxes soon and it’s going to include discounts from at least two online yarn sellers. I’ll announce the full details about who those sellers are in an upcoming post but what you need to know right now is that you can’t get the offer if you don’t sign up for the newsletter.
Did You Enter The Current Giveaway Yet?
There’s a giveaway going on here on the blog that lasts through the end of this week. Enter to win two free crochet patterns from Etsy’s MissyBDesigns. Entries are easy things like blog comments and Tweeting.
I’m Back on Listia
As you may know, I like to get free yarn on Listia. I hadn’t been active on there for awhile because I’m trying to surmount my stash already, plus I’ve been busy, plus I don’t have as many credits as I did before so it’s hard to get the good yarn. But lately there have been so many good yarn offers on the site that I can’t help but get active on it again.
In the past week I’ve seen deals on this:
Alpaca / Silk Blend Yarn from Peru
Patons Angora Bamboo
CREME by Crystal Palace Yarn, a Wool and Silk Blend
Can you tell I’m craving soft yarn in my hands right now? I didn’t get any of these (because, like I said, I don’t have a lot of site credits at the moment) but it’s making me want to list some things to get rid of my own junk while picking up good news yarn! Shameless plug – if you haven’t signed up for Listia yet and you want to try it, it would be awesome if you used my link so I get some free credits to spend.
