If you’re not familiar with Hooked Together you can learn more about how it works here and see the latest update about its progress here.

This week on the blogroll exploration list we’re up to is Crochet Attic. If you’re following along on the big list of crochet blogs I read then you’ll see I skipped a few. Create! and Crochet Adventures don’t have 2012 posts so I’m skipping them for now. And CrochetADay seems to have sadly shut down. But Crochet Attic has a nice big blogroll for us to look through.

First, things first, a little about this blog. It is written by blogger Eileen and subtitled “My adventures with yarns, colors, patterns, hooks and all things crochet”. Sure enough, that’s what you’ll find here. Eileen’s posts have nice big pictures showing off the details of her crochet work with a mix of short and long updates on her progress. Eileen is @crochetattic on Twitter and crochet_attic on Pinterest.

Let’s see who is hanging out in the blogroll on her crochet blog sidebar …

Tier One Blogs

These blogs on the blogroll were already on my original list of blogs I followed:

New-to-Me Crochet Blogs

Multicraftual Blogs with Crochet Posts

Non-Crochet Blogs

Out of Date Blogs

For the purposes of Hooked Together, a blog is considered out of date if it hasn’t had a post in more than a couple of months.

  • Crochet Around the World
  • Crochet Flowers – Free Patterns
  • Toni’s Favorite Things
  • CleverCheshireCats
  • Neko Knits
  • De Haakmand
  • Hakelnerd

What did I find? I am happily shocked to find that even though I’m now following well over 300 crochet-related blogs, there are still ones out there that are active that I didn’t know about. Yay. Especially happy to find so many new foreign language crochet blogs. Also happy to see such a mix in the “already hooked together” section on this one.
