Today’s Etsy crochet highlight is the Nymph Child Crochet Necklace by HorizonsEd3e. It’s just simple crochet circles and chains but the color choice and the way the chains are laid out is unique.
If you could change just one color on this necklace, which one would you change and to what color?
I don't like the grayish brown center of the top circle. It's a bit too unsaturated for me with all the more vivid colors around it. I'm not sure what I'd replace it though since it's pretty clear what sort of pattern they were trying to accomplish with the circles and trying not to re-use any colors, but I think the light tan that's being used as the "chain" would be more appealing to me as the center.
Good eye on that! I don't mind it but I do agree that the chain color would be a better choice here.
For my choice, I think I'd change the chain color to black. It would obviously have a totally different effect but it would be more to my taste.
