- Sacramento CA Crochet Tutor. A tutoring company has a lead on a crochet tutoring job in CA. It looks like you have to sign up with the company but it’s free and they just get some commission if you get the job.
- Los Angeles CA Yarn Store Needs Floor Person. This brick and mortar yarn store is still looking to hire someone so they’ve put up a new ad.
- Fabric.com Needs On-Site Buyer in GA. “The Buyer will report to the Senior Buyer and will expand and manage growing categories in the Fabric and Craft business. This person will be responsible for the lifecycle of his or her categories including buying, building and maintaining vendor relationships, deal negotiations, and analyzing the categories managed.” Fabric.com does have a knit/crochet niche to their offerings.
Bonus: If you have any Crochet World magazines older than year 2000 that you’re willing to sell there’s a buyer in Kansas City.
Crochet Pattern Testers Needed
- Crochet Scarf Proofreader. This Rav ad asks that you proofread the pattern and then do up a sample and post photos. In exchange you get this pattern as well as another pattern of your choosing. Deadline 2/22/12.
Volunteer Crocheter Opportunities
- Scarves for Special Olympics. The deadline for donations has passed for many of the states this year but there are still about half a dozen that you can donate to.
- Crochet Squares or Join Squares for Warm Up America. This one’s even better if you get a group together to make a donation but of course you can donate on your own.
