I adore the dress that I am wearing today but truth be told I’ve gained a little bit of weight in the last year and I don’t find it to have as flattering of a fit as it used to have. Luckily, I have the perfect solution: an acrylic crochet scarf that is long enough, slim enough, and stiff enough to be able to be wrapped around the neck in lots of cool architectural ways. This draws the eye upwards and away from the unflattering bits. By putting my hair up into an intentionally messy high ponytail I help draw the eye up further and highlight that crochet detail even more.
