Of all of the hundreds of crochet blog posts that read in the past week, these are the ones that stood out as my very favorites:
- Shorty’s Sutures shared how crochet can be peaceful and healing even when your project doesn’t go the way that you want it to. And also had a great post on why it doesn’t make sense for crocheters and knitters to be in opposition to one another.
- Wheat Wrote What?! shared some basics of felting and what it’s all about.
- Malabrigo does a weekly color feature and this week is a beautiful photo that inspired beautiful yarn choices.
- Attic24 reviewed the Cute and Easy Crochet book by Nicki Trench.
- ScratchCraft shared a photo-rich post on dyeing yarn with black walnuts.
- Crochet with Cris. A lot of people participate in WIP Wednesday via Tami’s Amis and Cris is one of those people but what I love especially is that this week she did a vlog for her WIP Wednesday post.
- Planet June released her new accessories collection. Looks great!
- Inside Crochet did a preview of lots of goodies that are in issue #23.
- The Caron Notebook had a guest post with a pattern for adorably fun crochet spiders for Halloween decorating.
- The Lazy Hobbybopper shared a crochet pattern for one of the cutest crochet cupcakes I’ve ever seen. Yum!
- Thornberry. I just always love her Friday posts of vintage crochet fashion.
