Crochet Quote: Crochet as therapy

Today’s crochet quote reflects a topic I’m very interested in: crochet as a form of therapy.

“Crocheting acts as a mental and physical therapy and there are many beautiful things that are created in the process.”

  1. I always say that it makes a difference if you can *see* where you’ve been at the end of the day.

I find it also helps – at the end of any day (good, bad or indifferent) – to just and sit and hook for an hour, no matter how tired I am. It gives me space to reflect, contemplate and relax before sleep.

And to ‘make’ something that arises from whatever mess you find yourself in has to be good!
