Crochet Top in Charlie Sheen PSA

So I just saw this video Charlie Sheen PSA video clip on Neatorama. I am the first to admit that my pop culture knowledge is embarrassingly non-existent and I don’t care anything about Charlie Sheen so I’m not even sure what the video is about. What I am sure of is that I’m in love with that pink top that whoever-that-girl-is is wearing. It looks like it could be crocheted although it’s hard to tell from the few snippets of her in the video. Anyone know anything about that top?!
