This post doesn’t have to do directly with crochet but I thought it was a fun little bit of crochet news nonetheless. The Princeton Daily Clarion reported on The Gibson County Spelling Bee, an elementary school and junior high school spelling bee competition that took place last week. It took twenty rounds before the final two competitors were pitted against each other and one beat out the other. The final word was “crochet”. How fun.
