This is a blanket that I crocheted recently for myself. It’s a really simple project because the main blanket only uses one color and one stitch. It’s a triple crochet stitch repeated over and over. Because it’s such a long stitch the blanket grows really quickly. I used a Red Heart Yarn that I had a bunch of leftover from a gift of yarn I’d received. I crocheted the blanket in several long strips of sections just to make sure that I was tracking the length properly. I then used a whipstitch to pull the sections together into a full blanket.
I had made the flowers previously not even know what I was going to do with them when I made them. I can’t recall what pattern I used to make them but I do know that they were really quick and simple to crochet. I then sewed the flowers onto the blanket. It’s cozy and warm and looks nice with the purple shades that make up my living room decor.
Feedback welcome!
